Position: Floor Manager
Department: Retail Operations
Location: Anand & Raipure
Reporting To: Store Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and store targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize productivity.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with inventory and cashier teams for smooth store operations.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor.
- Conduct daily floor briefings and provide product knowledge training to team members.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the sales floor.




- Assist in executing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Prepare and share daily sales and performance reports with management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales and operations.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role preferred.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or departmental retail will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC per month
