Zucol Services Pvt. Ltd. is working under RSLDC's Saksham Swarojgar Project, a government-backed skilling initiative aimed at building self-reliant, industry-ready youth. We're looking for a passionate Electrical & Electronics Trainer who can deliver strong technical training and help trainees become confident, employable professionals in the electrical/electronics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training modules on electrical fundamentals, wiring, circuit design, motor control, basic electronics,
and safety protocols
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions along with theoretical classes as per RSLDC/Saksham Swarojgar curriculum guidelines
- Prepare training material, presentations, and assessment tools aligned with government program standards
- Ensure trainees are industry-ready and aligned with current electrical/electronics standards
- Coordinate with RSLDC/project coordinators for audits, batch reporting, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related field)
- Robust command over electrical circuits, panel wiring, motor systems, basic electronics, and safety compliance
- Prior experience training under government skill development schemes RSLDC preferred.
