Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets in a highly performance-driven environment.
- Engage with prospective customers through impactful sales presentations and consultations.
- Prepare and present customized proposals based on customer requirements.
- Convert qualified prospects into successful sales through effective negotiation and relationship building.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct member engagement activities and meetings to strengthen customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads and referrals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
- Assist current members in planning and booking their first holiday experience while generating referral opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in Direct Sales,



Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Telecom, or Similar Sales Domains.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- High level of customer orientation and relationship management skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week (weekly off between Monday and Thursday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
