Role: Clinical Relations & Business Coordination

A non-clinical career opportunity for BDS graduates combining Clinical Knowledge + Healthcare Management + Customer Success + Relationship Management + Business Operations + CRM & Marketing Support.

Please Note: This role is based at our Corporate Office, Yelahanka - Bangalore and does not involve independent patient consultations or routine dental practice.

Designation - Associate Dentist - Clinical Relations & Management

Role - Clinical Relations and Business Coordination

Work Location - Yelahanka, Attur Layout, Bengaluru

Working Days & Timings - Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Sunday weekly off.

Field / Travel - Medical camps, professional events and branch/field visits, as on when required.

Annual CTC - 2,20,000 to 4,30,000- annual, based on experience and suitability, plus applicable performance-linked incentives / bonus

Joining - Immediate / early joiners preferred.

Qualification / Requirement

Criteria Requirement - BDS - Mandatory

Eligibility

Experience - Fresher to 3 years

Valid DCI Registration -Preferred

Clinical / Healthcare Exposure - Preferred, not mandatory

MBA / PGDM - Advantage

Patient / Customer Interaction - Preferred

Relevant Certificate Course - Added Advantage

CRM / Relationship Management Exposure - Added advantage

Key Responsibilities & Role Purpose

1. Patient Relationship & Experience

Manage patient recalls and follow-ups, provide necessary coordination and support, and help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

2. Treatment Follow-up & Conversion





Follow up and coordinate with the clinical team to encourage continuation of pending treatments and improve treatment acceptance.

3. Dentist Relationship Management

Build and maintain professional relationships with dentists and support their ongoing engagement with the Supplies division.

4. Product & Commercial Coordination

Coordinate product enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and product demonstrations, while supporting new dentist customers during their initial engagement with Supplies Division.

5. Dentist Customer Support & Retention

Support dentist customers with product-related queries and follow-ups, helping ensure a smooth service experience and continued engagement with Metier Dental Supplies.

6. CRM & Records Management

Maintain accurate CRM records of patients and dentist customers, including interactions and follow-ups.

7. Clinical Content Support for Digital Marketing

Use clinical knowledge to support accurate and relevant healthcare content for digital marketing activities.

8. Medical Camps & Outreach Activities

Participate in and support the coordination of medical camps, health awareness programmes and other physical outreach activities.

9. Professional & Educational Engagement

Support and participate in webinars, clinical education programmes, dentist interaction sessions,



workshops and professional healthcare events.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good relationship-building and customer-handling ability.
- Good coordination, organization and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with presentations and qualified interactions.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Google Workspace / CRM is an advantage.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
