The Role

Once a contributor submits interest in an upcoming feature, you're the person who picks it up running the consultation call, understanding what they're looking for, and shaping a proposal that gets them from interested to booked. This is a relationship and advisory role, not a script-reading one.

What You'll Do

- Run consultation calls with submitted models and photographers to understand their goals, portfolio needs, and availability.
- Prepare tailored proposals for feature shoots based on the consultation — concept, timeline, and deliverables.
- Build mood boards and reference decks drawing on established models, casting directors, and successful past photographers to help contributors visualise the outcome.
- Guide submissions through the approval process — following up, answering questions, and addressing objections without being pushy.
- Hand off approved consultations to Sales for closing,



with full context so nothing gets lost between the conversation and the booking.
- Advise on exclusive feature opportunities and how a shoot could come together.

What We're Looking For

- Robust verbal communication — comfortable leading a consultative conversation, not just following a script.
- Some background in photography, modelling, fashion, or creative industries is a strong plus — you need enough fluency to speak credibly with photographers and models.
- Organised enough to manage multiple concurrent consultations and proposals without things falling through the cracks.
- Comfortable with CRM or pipeline tracking tools.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a creative agency, casting, publishing, or client-facing consulting role.
