Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer closure.
- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, and client requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates to US clients and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and feedback.
- Negotiate rates and support offer closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS updates, and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team performance.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.

Preferred candidate profile





- 15 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
- Candidates with prior US IT Staffing experience are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and end-to-end staffing.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations and visa types.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, CEIPAL, and Zoho Recruit.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Experience working with US clients and recruitment targets.
- Strong understanding of candidate submission and recruitment documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a US Night Shift environment.
