Job Title:GM/ Senior Manager Finance and Accounts

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Accounts and Finance Head he will be responsible for building and driving all financial and accounting activities of the Company . Having wide responsibility across secretarial compliance, MIS and reporting, vendor management and accounts payable, statutory and tax compliances, accounting, and audits, costing and Banking operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Hands on experience and independently doing Monthly book clo-sure and Consolidation of the financials at Entity level

-Assisting and coordinating with Statutory and Internal Auditors for data requirements.





-Ledger Scrutiny and Monthly reconciliation of assets & liabil-ity closing balances.

-Hands of experience in IFC Control & Preparation of SOPs.

-Co -ordinating with Company Secretary and Insurance team for routine activity.

-Statutory & Banking Compliance including review of foreign remittance payment and filing including 15CA/CB.

-Location wise preparation of fixed assets register.

-GST Implementation and monthly review of returns.

-Income tax compliance including TDS return, Transfer Pricing

-Monthly MIS preparation

-Annual Budget Preparation

Qualification : CA Finance

Experience : Approx 7-14 years of experience preferably in the Manufacturing sector.Knowledge of SAP preferred.
