Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit qualified RN and Allied Health professionals across the United States. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment process, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and work closely with clients to fulfill staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, and other job boards.
- Recruit RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, and Allied Health professionals.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build solid relationships with candidates and clients.
