Hiring: Team Lead - Prior Authorization

Experience: 8-12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Prior Authorization to lead and manage Prior Authorization operations within the U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in authorization processes, payer requirements, team management, and client/stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM with Prior Authorization expertise
- 2+ years of team handling experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, referral management, and payer guidelines
- Experience handling escalations, denials, appeals, and authorization follow-ups
- Proven ability to manage SLAs, productivity, quality, and team performance




- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in healthcare applications and MS Excel

Preferred:

- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days
- Experience in Home Health, Specialty Pharmacy, Hospital, or Physician Practice authorization processes
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer requirements.
