- Independently manage US Commercial & Mid-Rise architectural projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and complete construction drawing sets.
- Create and manage architectural documentation using Revit.
- Produce accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Civil, and other consultants.
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Apply strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Coordinate with junior team members and support project delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with US Commercial & Mid-Rise projects.
- Solid hands-on Revit experience Mandatory.
- Ability to independently handle projects from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation.
- Experience producing complete architectural construction drawing sets.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Experience coordinating with Structural, MEP, Civil, and other consultants.
- Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Candidates with only single-family residential experience will not be considered relevant.
- Updated resume and portfolio showcasing relevant US Commercial / Mid-Rise projects and Revit work are mandatory.
