About the Role:
As a QE Solution Architect,



you will design and implement end-to-end Quality Engineering solutions that integrate with DevOps, CI/CD and modern tech stacks. You ll work with delivery, pre-sales and client teams to define scalable automation frameworks, architecture roadmaps and next-generation QA strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Define and implement scalable QE architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Design automation frameworks supporting web, mobile, API, performance and security testing.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to evaluate tools, platforms and technologies.
- Integrate test automation into DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML-based testing and self-healing automation solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies (Playwright, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, etc.) and recommend upgrades.
- Review framework implementation, test strategy, and ensure high automation ROI.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, development leads, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout SDLC and drive DevOps/DevSecOps adoption.
- Define quality metrics frameworks, establish KPIs, create executive dashboards, and ensure visibility into quality posture and trends.




- Mentor and upskill QE teams on advanced testing practices, architectural patterns, and modern engineering principles.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications: ISTQB Expert Level, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Architect.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven testing, observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, ELK), and BDD/TDD frameworks.
- Knowledge of mobile testing, accessibility testing (WCAG), cross-platform strategies, and emerging technologies (blockchain, IoT).
- Contributions to open-source testing frameworks or active participation in QE communities.

Requirements:

- 13+ years in software quality engineering with 5+ years in architectural or leadership roles designing enterprise-scale automation frameworks.
- Deep expertise in testing frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, JMeter, Gatling).
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#), design patterns, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive experience with microservices architecture, API testing, distributed systems, performance engineering, and security testing.
