Working Days & Timings: Wednesday to Monday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM | Sunday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Weekly Off: Tuesday

Compensation - 23,000 to 27,000 per month, based on clinical competency, communication, patient handling, ethical treatment-conversion ability and overall suitability.

Qualification: BDS with valid Dental Council Registration

Experience: Preferably 1 to 3 years relevant clinical/private-practice exposure

Role Overview

We are looking for a Dentist who is clinically competent in routine dentistry and has good communication skills with ethical treatment-conversion skills.

The dentist should be confident in independently handling routine general dentistry, effectively managing patients and referring complex or specialist procedures to the appropriate consultant.

Candidate Requirements

BDS dentist with good general dentistry skills, patient communication, ethical treatment conversion, and responsible case follow-up. Must maintain proper clinical documentation and ensure timely patient follow-ups.

Clinical Competencies

- Routine examination, diagnosis and basic treatment planning
- Scaling, polishing and restorations
- Routine emergency pain management
- Endodontic access opening in selected cases
- Simple and uncomplicated extractions
- Primary impressions and routine RPD procedures
- Routine crown preparation, shade selection, impression taking and temporisation
- Post-treatment reviews and follow-ups

Patient Care & Practice Responsibilities

- Clearly explain diagnosis and treatment options




- Build patient trust and support through ethical, need-based treatment acceptance
- Explain consent and relevant post-operative instructions
- Follow up pending treatments and reviews
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Coordinate with reception, assistants, laboratory and consultants
- Follow clinic SOPs, infection-control and sterilisation protocols
- Take ownership of cases through completion or appropriate referral

Clinical Boundaries

Complex RCT/re-RCT, difficult endodontic cases, surgical/wisdom-tooth extractions, implants and advanced periodontal, prosthodontic or other specialist procedures are to be referred to the appropriate consultant.

Branch Travel

Primary work location is Vidyaranyapura. Occasional travel to our other Bengaluru branch may be required based on clinical or operational needs. Applicable travel expenses to other branches will be covered by the clinic.
