What You Will Do?
- Work on live sales and business growth initiatives with partner brands.
- Spend significant time in the field to understand markets and sales channels.
- Interact with retailers, distributors and other key stakeholders.
- Support sales, distribution and market development initiatives.
- Track market activity, customer feedback and competitive developments.
- Identify potential opportunities and challenges in assigned markets.
- Support the execution of business and brand initiatives on the ground.
- Gather actionable market insights and share them with the team.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliverables.
You Are A Good Fit, If You Have:
- Completed an MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- A strong interest in building a career in Sales, Marketing or Business Growth.
- The aspiration to grow quickly and take on responsibilities.
- The willingness to work in a field-based role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership.
- The resilience to handle challenges and learn from setbacks.
- A strong bias towards action and execution.
- Previous experience in field sales will be an added advantage, especially experience
- involving customer interaction, retail, distribution, FMCG or other consumer-facing businesses.
- However, more than prior experience, we value attitude, ambition and the willingness to learn.
