- 712 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong experience in Luxury Projects is preferred.
- Experience in Township Development and Urban Planning will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, working drawings and coordination.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Good understanding of design standards, materials, building regulations and project execution.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software.
