Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced International Marketing professional with 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically handling the Russian market.

The candidate should have strong experience in international sales, distributor management, business development, export operations and pharmaceutical market development. Russian language proficiency is mandatory, along with valuable English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the Russian market.
- Manage existing distributors, importers, agents and business partners.
- Identify new customers, distributors and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and market development plans.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams for product registration and export order execution.
- Handle quotations, product information, samples, technical documents and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



pricing and product performance.
- Follow up on orders, shipments, export documentation, ETD/ETA, deliveries and payments.
- Support new product launches and conduct regular distributor business reviews.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and customer meetings.
- Travel to Russia/CIS countries as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in International Marketing, International Business or Export Sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in the Russian pharmaceutical market.
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory, including verbal and written communication.
- Experience in distributor management, business development and commercial negotiations.
- Knowledge of Russia/CIS pharmaceutical regulations and product registration will be preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical finished formulations / branded generics is desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
