Housiey is looking for a dynamic, customer-centric, and relationship-oriented CRM Executive to manage our existing customers and create new business opportunities through client referrals and solid post-sales relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a personal vehicle, which is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage booking and customer data accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with existing clients and congratulate them on their property bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and post-sales support.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for existing clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Facilitate client visits by arranging welcome kits/hampers and addressing customer queries.
- Generate referrals from existing and satisfied clients to create new sales opportunities.
- Proactively follow up with existing customers to identify potential referral leads and new business opportunities.
- Encourage customers to recommend Housiey to their friends, family, colleagues, and network.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of reference/referral leads generated through existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Track customer interactions, referrals, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Ensure a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Key Focus of the Role
The primary focus of this position is to build strong relationships with existing Housiey customers and generate quality business references/referrals from them.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.
* Experience in CRM, customer relationship management, real estate, sales, or client servicing will be preferred.
* Ability to confidently communicate with existing customers and generate referrals.
* Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
* Personal vehicle is mandatory.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
* Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
