- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including LAN, SDWAN, WiFi, and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using tools such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of outages and implement solutions.
- Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in Network Support Engineering role.
- Robust understanding of networking protocols (LAN) and technologies (SDWAN).
- Experience with Wireless networking standards (WiFi) and security measures (ZScaler).
- Proficiency in configuring firewalls (DHCP), routers (DNS), switches (VLANs).
