Job Description

1. Should have production process knowledge including tools and related process settings, Problem solving, Troubleshooting & Knowledge on Assembly operations
2. Knowledge on Quality Control assurance practices and Quality systems required Ability to train, guide, motivate the team of young diploma apprentices and Operating Engineers in shop floor.
3. Must have ability to handle "Knowledge Work force Model" in shop floor with utmost excellent place to work culture.
4. Should have capability to work along with Cross Functional team effectively and also fix relevant metrics to measure & improve the performance of the Apprentices.
5. Result Orientation: Should be able to independently manage & achieve shift production and Quality requirements as per overseas Nissei target / schedules.
6. Have to actively take part in various initiatives such as employee engagement, Improvement Proposals, 5S3C3T in shop floor and also on TQC Goal Review Systems.
7. Kaizen Orientation:



Should have ability to lead the team to work on continuously improving & sustaining our Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery & Productivity improvements.
8. Should be able to ensure discipline and safety in the shift. Must have ability to teach the Standard Operating Procedures to the team of apprentices and ensure it's been followed religiously.
9. Should have flair for employee relations with mutual respect, work closely along team with high level of transparency, Challenging the team to achieve higher targets and mainly should act as a key account holder for resolving grievances in shopfloor.
10. "Regarding the departmental organization, your superior that you should report in your service is Assistant Manager Production. And you also have Indian subordinates. The superior will be your first evaluator and you will also be the evaluator of the Indian subordinates
11. In carrying out the business, there is collaboration with employees of Nissei Electric Japan and other companies in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore & Thailand.
12. Experience in Extrusion Process is much preferred and an added advantage.
