Location: Bengaluru (Old Airport Road)
Salary: 32,000 35,000 per Month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

Career Guideline is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader Recruitment to lead a team of recruiters, drive hiring performance, and ensure timely closure of client requirements. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment and team coordination with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Allocate requirements and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track team productivity and ensure timely closures.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve recruitment efficiency.




- Maintain solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Team Coordinator.
- Prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Team Handling will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
