Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client/customer queries related to banking and insurance services
• Manage complex customer requests and escalations through appropriate channels
• Provide end-to-end resolution while maintaining high service quality
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Handle account, policy, transaction, claims, or service-related queries
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and update customer records
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
• Support team members and assist with complex cases when required
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in Banking / Insurance / Financial Services / BPO
Strong Client Support / Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Good understanding of banking or insurance processes
Experience handling escalations and complex customer issues
Good stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in rotational/US shifts
Education:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates Preferred
