To drive OPD footfall, treatment continuity, and admissions for HCAH Rehab & Recovery Centres by engaging hospital-based senior consultantsespecially Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, and Critical Care specialists—and coordinating OPDs, patient follow-ups, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital & Doctor Engagement
- Visit assigned hospitals, nursing homes, and ICUs on a regular basis.
- Engage with:
- Neurologists
- Neurosurgeons
- Critical Care Consultants
- Discharge coordinators, case managers, nursing teams
- Promote HCAH Rehab & Recovery Centres, OPD services, transition care, and rehabilitation programs.
- Position HCAH as a preferred post-acute and recovery care partner.
Lead Generation & OPD Coordination
- Identify potential rehab and recovery patients from:
- ICU step-down cases
- Neuro and critical care discharges
- Long-stay and dependent patients
- Generate qualified leads and arrange OPD appointments at respective HCAH centres.
- Ensure correct referral mapping and documentation in CRM.
Patient Follow-up & Conversion
- Follow up with patients and families post-OPD for:
- Treatment initiation
- Continuity of advised rehabilitation plans
- Coordinate with centre clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and admission.
Account Management & Internal Coordination
- Manage assigned hospital accounts end-to-end.
- Work closely with:
- Centre Managers
- Clinical Coordinators
- Rehab and operations teams
- Track case progress and address bottlenecks affecting conversion.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily and monthly reports on:
- Doctor visits
- Leads generated
- OPDs scheduled vs attended
- OPD-to-treatment conversions
- Review performance with Sales Head and execute corrective actions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of productive hospital and doctor visits
- Leads generated per month
- OPDs scheduled and attended
- OPD-to-treatment conversion ratio
- Revenue contribution from assigned hospitals
- Referral consistency from key consultants
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare / Life Sciences preferred)
- 2–10 years of experience in:
- Hospital business development
- Pharma / medical devices / healthcare services (doctor channel)
- Experience working with senior consultants is mandatory
- Exposure to neurology, neurosurgery, critical care, or rehab is a solid advantage
