Job Summary

You'll work as Facilities Executive - Technical services, reporting into the Assistant Manager Technical.

Responsibilities

- Takes care of all technical activities
- Preparing all facility reports and utilities data
- Coordinating with all AMC vendors and technical staff.
- Vendor management
- Incident management
- Knowledge and handling all the technical equipment s

Key skills

- Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with all local and governmental regulations
- Assist Site Lead in ensuring site risk management programs including audits are implemented and maintained
- Adhere to escalation and incident reporting procedures

- People Management/ Engagement

- Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics
- Coordinate with the Site lead - on the implementation of FM Procedures and train vendor staff
- Ability to manage the vendor technical teams
- Ensure an setting that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within team

- Procurement Vendor Management

- Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time
- Approvals of PO s




- Understand the vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practices

Education and experience

Any Bachelor's degree may apply with minimum of 3+ years experience in Facility Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful.

- Youll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information - and translate this into strategic deliverables.
- Great organisational skills
- You ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team s or client s changing requirements.
