Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate Will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation Of mechanical systems and components for railway products. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in electromechanical assemblies and precision mechanical design for railway or industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components for railway products such as Master Controllers, Earthing Switches for VCBs, and other related equipment. Create and review 3D models, 20 drawings, and BOMS using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Or similar). Work closely Wth the Electrical, R&D;, and Production teams to ensure smooth integration of mechanical and electrical systems. Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and design validation as per industry and railway standards. Support prototype development, assembly,



and testing Of mechanical sub-systems. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for fabrication, machining, and quality assurance of mechanical parts. prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and design reports. provide on-site technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning when required. Qualifications & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).

810 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and development for railway or heavy engineering products. Hands-on experience with railway components such as Master Controllers, Earthing Switches for VCBS, Driver Desk Assemblies, or similar products is a major advantage. Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.)
