- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) operations, handle billing, process cash/digital payments, and maintain accurate daily sales registers.
- Supervise sales staff and counter personnel to maintain high standards of service and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock turnover of perishable sweets and savories, and place orders for replenishment to minimize wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines set by FSSAI and company standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Cashier, or Retail Supervisor in a sweet shop, bakery, restaurant, or FMCG retail store.
- Robust proficiency in POS billing software, basic computer operations, and cash handling.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to multitask, manage staff, and handle high customer footfall during peak hours and festive seasons.
