Hiring: Business Development Manager Urban Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and identify new opportunities in the Urban Infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in urban infrastructure and consulting.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments, ULBs, development agencies, infrastructure companies and other key stakeholders.
- Lead business development activities including EOIs, RFPs, tenders and proposals.
- Track upcoming projects, tenders and market opportunities in urban infrastructure.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Support client meetings, negotiations and strategic partnerships.




- Develop market intelligence and contribute to the organization's growth strategy.

Desired Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Infrastructure, Architecture, Management or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Infrastructure or Urban Infrastructure.
- Experience in government/urban infrastructure projects, consulting, PMC, DPR, smart cities, urban planning, water/wastewater, transport or municipal infrastructure will be preferred.
- Strong networking, communication, proposal and client-management skills.
- Candidates with established relationships with government/ULB/infrastructure stakeholders will have an advantage.
