- Identify and develop current business opportunities for IFM services in Sanand, Ahmedabad and surrounding industrial areas.
- Generate leads through direct market visits, networking, references, existing client relationships and industry contacts. • Develop relationships with industrial plants, manufacturing companies, warehouses, logistics companies, corporate offices and commercial establishments.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate preparation of RFQs, technical proposals, commercial proposals, cost sheets, manpower deployment plans and Scope of Work.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.• Follow up on submitted quotations and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for IFM, housekeeping, security, manpower, mechanized cleaning and other facility services.
