We are looking for an experienced Network Lead Engineer with strong expertise in network operations, routing, switching, firewalls, and L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead L3 network operations and handle critical incidents and escalations.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, and Data Center issues.
- Manage Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet/FortiGate, and Cisco ASA devices.
- Perform firmware upgrades, OS patching, configuration changes, and RCA.
- Ensure network security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
- Guide L1/L2 teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

- Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
- SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
- Strong L3 troubleshooting, Incident & Change Management.
- Experience in GCC / Managed Services / 24x7 Network Operations.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
