Position: Audit Manager

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Qualification: Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Statutory Audits

Oversee Internal Audits and Annual Internal Audit processes

Manage ROC Filings and statutory compliances

Conduct Due Diligence assignments

Lead and mentor audit and finance teams

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional finance stakeholders

Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards

Required Skills:

Proven experience in statutory audit management

Strong knowledge of statutory and internal audits

Experience handling ROC compliances

Team management and leadership skills

Excellent finance coordination and stakeholder management

Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho, Tally, SAP, and Oracle
