Manage service teams, warranty/AMC cases, service revenue and spares inventory. Oversee installations, dealer support and service quality. Ensure branch administration, MIS accuracy and coordination with sales, operations and technical teams daily.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline. 12–15 years’ service/after-sales experience, preferably industrial equipment. Proven regional network and team leadership, with robust operations, and communication skills.
