We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an MIS / Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Role Expectations:

- Conduct monthly variance analysis by comparing actual expenses against budgets and forecasts; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare concise financial summaries and insights for management presentations and decision-making
- Deliver actionable insights on cost trends to enable effective expense control and optimization
- Assist in preparation of sales and royalty reports for external partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Support financial modeling and scenario analysis for evaluating business performance and strategic initiatives




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions during planning cycles
- Contribute to the development of management dashboards and MIS reports to improve visibility of key KPIs
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining financial databases and validating source data

Technical Skills:

- SAP (report downloads)
- Advanced Excel
- PowerPoint (positive to have)

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA (Finance) / CA Dropout
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
