- 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce, with 2+ years in Sales, Service Cloud design/requirement analysis.
- Performed role of Technical Architect for at least 2 years
- Proven architecture and design experience in Telco CRM
- Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements
- Provide input towards architecture decisions
- Should be able to do high level and low-level designs using SFDC
- Able to propose optimal solution and review
- Experience on Marketing Cloud & Mulesoft will be added advantage
- Worked on Proposals, RFP
- Well versed with Agile
- Salesforce Certified
- Location: Pune, Bangalore will be preferred. PAN India
