CG SEMI is building a world-class semiconductor OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) facility in Sanand, Gujarat.

As part of our growing manufacturing team, we are looking for young, technically oriented Diploma Engineers from the 2026 batch who are passionate about starting their careers in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

This is an excellent prospect for fresh diploma engineers to gain hands-on exposure to semiconductor assembly processes, advanced manufacturing equipment, automation, quality systems and cleanroom operations.

Job Purpose

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day semiconductor assembly operations, operating manufacturing equipment, following standard operating procedures and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.

You will work closely with experienced engineers, supervisors and technicians in a highly controlled manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor semiconductor assembly equipment and machines as per defined SOPs.




- Perform assembly and production activities as per process specifications and work instructions.
- Handle semiconductor components and materials carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
- Follow cleanroom practices, ESD controls and safety requirements.
- Conduct basic equipment/process checks and report abnormalities to the concerned Engineer/Supervisor.
- Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate production and process records.
- Support achievement of production, quality, yield and productivity targets.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality and discipline standards on the shop floor.
- Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge of OSAT semiconductor assembly processes.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and manufacturing standards.

Diploma in Electronics Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Min 70% in 10th

Min 70% in 12th

Min 70% % or 7 CGPA

- 2026 Diploma pass-out only
- Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers with 0–1 year experience may apply




- Good academic record preferred
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a semiconductor manufacturing / cleanroom environment
- Willingness to work in shift operations
- Candidates must be willing to work from Sanand, Gujarat
