We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior MIS Executive with strong Advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and report business data across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and databases that support day-to-day decision-making, while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of reports to management. Candidates with a background in Mathematics or solid numerical skills are encouraged to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Collect, compile, and validate data from various departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and charts.
Support management with data analysis, trend identification, and performance tracking.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
¢ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve data discrepancies.




¢ Ensure timely and error-free submission of reports to stakeholders and senior management.
¢ Assist in preparing presentations and MIS documentation as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
¢ Good working knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must.
¢ Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
¢ Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and formula-based reporting.
¢ A background in Mathematics or a robust numerical aptitude will be an added advantage.
¢ Bachelors degree in commerce, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
¢ Basic understanding of databases (SQL/MS Access) is an added advantage.
¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
¢ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
¢ Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 20,000 -35,000 per month, commensurate with the candidate's experience and demonstrated capability, to be finalized at the time of interview.
