Must have Cricket knowledge to analyze videos

salary up to 6 lpa

Need only graduates with 1 year experience into content moderation

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international customers effectively.
- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls
- Handle customer queries related to products/services offered by Accenture.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
