About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Gynaecologist with experience in Reproductive Medicine/IVF to join our growing IVF Centre in Indore.

The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical understanding of infertility management and be passionate about providing ethical, patient-centric fertility care.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and manage patients presenting with infertility and reproductive health concerns.
- Conduct detailed fertility assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Manage Ovulation Induction, IUI and IVF treatment cycles as per clinical protocols.
- Perform follicular monitoring and ultrasound-guided assessments.
- Monitor ovarian stimulation, trigger and treatment response.
- Counsel patients and couples regarding infertility diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks and expected outcomes.
- Assist/perform IVF-related procedures such as Oocyte Retrieval (OPU) and Embryo Transfer, as per training and experience.
- Manage patients with PCOS, low AMH, recurrent implantation failure, recurrent IVF failure and other infertility-related conditions.
- Coordinate effectively with embryologists, nursing staff and other members of the IVF team.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans and ART documentation.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, confidentiality and applicable ART regulations.




- Participate in clinical discussions, audits, CME activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Mandatory:

- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/DGO in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from a recognized institution.
- Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine / IVF is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience in Gynaecology, Infertility or Reproductive Medicine.
- Valid medical registration.
