About the Role

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing Insurance Sales team. Freshers are welcome to apply along with experienced candidates. This role involves a combination of office and field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through leads, references, and field visits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
- Coordinate policy issuance and servicing.
- Maintain sales reports and customer records.

- Health Insurance
- Motor Insurance (2W, 4W & Commercial Vehicle)
- Other General Insurance Products

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Insurance (Sales).
- Good communication skills and passion for sales.
