Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns via calls, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and detailed information about products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards during customer interactions.
- Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good customer handling and support knowledge.
- Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Adaptable to work from office and night shifts.
- Candidate must reside within 15 km radius of the work location.





Eligibility:-Freshers and Experience minimum 6 Months exp in Voice Process

- Rotational Week Offs
