Highly skilled Design Engineer to lead the technical lifecycle of SCADA systems, from initial techno-commercial bidding through to site commissioning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-availability environments, particularly within renewable energy sector. Missions/Main Duties Design Engineering Excellence
- Design comprehensive SCADA system architectures, including field-end equipment, control center hardware, and dedicated Fiber Optic communication networks.
- Create and manage technical deliverables, including Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Signal Lists, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and project-specific design manuals.
- Lead software development and HMI parameterization. Must be proficient in integrating RTUs, IEDs,
and AC/DC Switchgears using IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-103/104, and Modbus protocols.
- Oversee the configuration and engineering of RTU panels, including manufacturing supervision and leading Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Support the project acquisition phase by performing techno-commercial evaluations and preparing technical bids.

- Database: SQL, reporting, stored procedures
- Interface Management: Finalize and manage all internal and external project interface requirements to ensure seamless system interoperability.
