Role & responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely follow-up.
- Guide the team in handling customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Track individual and team targets and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Support team members in handling customer objections and complex sales situations.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up from enquiry to closure.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
- Identify performance gaps and provide continuous guidance and motivation to team members.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new BDEs.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and maintain high standards of customer experience.





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and drive team performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace.
