Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce, Quick Commerce & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations across Amazon, Flipkart and Zepto.

- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Zepto.
- Manage catalogue, listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, account health and product availability.
- Optimize titles, keywords, search terms and content to improve organic ranking, visibility, conversion and sales.
- Monitor and optimize Amazon & Flipkart Ads, including campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, ROAS and ACOS.
- Analyse Campaign, Search Term, Business and FSN-level reports and take data-driven actions to improve performance.
- Take ownership of SKU activation, suppressed/inactive listings and catalogue issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare accurate Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports using Advanced Excel.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment and stock availability with Supply Chain/Warehouse teams.
- Take complete ownership of appointment booking, tracking and timely material inwarding,



including follow-ups on pending/rejected appointments until successful closure.
- Support new product launches, promotional events and Zepto/Quick Commerce operations.
- Coordinate effectively with platforms and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation and closure of all operational issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of relevant E-commerce / Quick Commerce experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Good knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart Ads, PPC, ROAS, ACOS, Keyword & Campaign Optimization.
- Experience in catalogue, FSN/ASIN activation, inventory, appointments and material inwarding.
- Strong Advanced Excel, MIS and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Zepto / Quick Commerce experience preferred.
- Must be proactive, execution-focused and ownership-driven, with the ability to take tasks from initiation to final closure.
