We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team and support our end-to-end hiring process.

EXPERIENCE: 6 Months 2 Years
POSITION: Recruiter
INDUSTRY: Engineering Consultancy / Infrastructure
JOINING: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and skilled networks
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience




- Support employer branding and job posting activities
- Prepare recruitment MIS and reports

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in Engineering background (preferrable Railways / highways / Water)
- Good knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Proactive, self-driven and target-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
