Trainer- Learning & Development

Fresher | Full time | Bengaluru | Immediate joiners preferred

The Role :

Start your career in Learning & Development. You will help build and deliver training that makes people better at their jobs- across behavioural skills, sales, leadership, operations and academics. You will learn from senior trainers, and you will be in front of a room early.

What You Will Do :

• Facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended sessions

• Buildthe content- decks, activities, role plays, assessments

• WorkwithHR,Sales, Operations and Academic teams to pick up training needs

• Runthetraining calendar- scheduling, attendance, records, reports

• Collect feedback and help measure whether the training changed anything

What You Need :





• Graduate from a Top50NIRF-rankedinstitution, any discipline- MUST

• Strong spokenand written communication; confident addressing a group

• Realinterest in teaching, coaching and working with people

• Abletoworkextendedhours, including weekends, when training schedules demand it
