Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from concept development to execution.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into thoughtful, functional design solutions.
- Develop layouts, moodboards, material palettes, 3D views and detailed working drawings.
- Present concepts and designs confidently to clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and design quality.
- Guide and mentor junior designers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in premium/luxury residential projects.
- Strong design sensibility, spatial understanding and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or other relevant 3D visualisation tools.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture,



lighting and detailing.
- Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
- A creative thinker with a passion for creating distinctive, refined spaces.
