About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer (Feet on Street) to drive field customer acquisition across assigned commercial clusters. This role focuses on engaging local business owners, merchants, and property owners to expand loan distribution, facilitate disbursements, and manage healthy portfolio repayments.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers (merchants, SMEs, property owners) through regular field visits, shop-to-shop connects, and community meetings.

- Target Achievement:



Meet weekly and monthly sales, lead generation, and disbursement targets.

- Relationship & Portfolio Management: Assist clients through the document submission and onboarding process, ensuring smooth turnaround times and low portfolio delinquency.

- Territory Expansion: Explore local market hubs, trade clusters, and newly identified territories to identify high-potential merchant and business borrower networks.

- Field Discipline: Conduct scheduled daily market visits, lead follow-ups, and customer center reviews.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Core Requirement: 1–5 years of sales experience (or a strong aptitude and willingness to build a career in on-ground field sales).

- Conveyance (Mandatory): Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid Driving License.

- Good-to-Have (Not Mandatory):

- Prior exposure to BFSI, NBFCs, microfinance, Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), Loan Against Property (LAP), or Home Loans.

- Basic familiarity with commercial lending concepts or retail merchant financing.

- Skills: Strong local communication skills, negotiation skills, resilience, and a street-smart approach to closing deals on the ground.
