The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for complete commercial and quantity control of MIPL projects, from PO/contract receipt through procurement, execution, billing, variations, subcontractor certification, cost monitoring and final project closure.
The primary objective of the role is to ensure:
- Correct quantities are purchased and executed.
- Project costs remain within approved budgets.
- No material or financial leakage occurs.
- Client billing is maximised and submitted on time
- Subcontractor/vendor bills are verified against actual work.
- Variations and additional works are properly recorded and recovered.
- Project profitability is continuously monitored.
- Final project reconciliation is completed without commercial losses. ---
