Purpose:

The Head City Civil Infrastructure is responsible for leading the planning, design, development, and integration of large-scale city infrastructure systems across NMDPLs development portfolio. The role focuses on the delivery of resilient, sustainable, and future-ready civil infrastructure including roads, bridges, mobility networks, water systems, drainage, sewerage, utility corridors, and associated urban infrastructure. The incumbent will ensure alignment of all infrastructure development with the Navi Mumbai Development Plan, global urban development standards, and NMDPL’s vision for smart and integrated urban growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and design of city-scale civil infrastructure and utility networks.




- Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with master planning and urban development objectives.
- Drive adoption of BIM, GIS, smart infrastructure, and sustainable engineering practices.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with UDCPR, IRC, MoRTH, municipal regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, utility agencies, and regulatory bodies for approvals.
- Drive value engineering, innovation, and technical excellence in infrastructure design and execution.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
