Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Product Manager from the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, brand strategy, and market analysis within the pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement product strategies to drive market growth and profitability.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.

- Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and market positioning.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams, to ensure product success.





- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5 to 8 years in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management is a plus.

- Industry Background: Candidates must have experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to manage multiple products and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
