Role & responsibilities

- Execute daily/shift production plans and achieve production targets.
- Allocate manpower and manage shift operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions and process parameters.
- Monitor productivity, yield, rejection, downtime and material utilization.
- Identify process abnormalities and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering.
- Ensure in-process quality and proper segregation of non-conforming products.
- Support RCA, CAPA, Kaizen, 5S and productivity improvement activities.
- Ensure protected handling of glass, equipment and electrical systems.
- Train and develop operators and maintain skill matrices.
- Maintain shift production, quality, manpower and downtime reports.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day shop-floor and shift operations at SolarScape's manufacturing facility

- 5+ years of relevant shop-floor manufacturing experience.
- Experience in shift/production supervision is essential.
- Solar, PV, BIPV, Solar Glass, Architectural Glass, Thin-Film, Electrical/Electronics or similar process manufacturing experience preferred.
