We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to understand current business processes and define future-state requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using Salesforce capabilities.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities, features, best practices, and limitations.
- Develop detailed current-state and future-state process maps using standard business process modeling techniques.
- Design scalable, efficient, and user-centric business processes aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Translate business and process requirements into clear, detailed, and actionable functional requirements for Salesforce Technical Architects and Development teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:




- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Process Flow Diagrams
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Gap Analysis Documents
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support requirement validation, solution walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure that proposed Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and support long-term scalability.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Excellent experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes.
- Experience creating BRDs, FSDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience conducting workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
