Drive B2B growth for a manufacturer of non-sparking (spark-free) safety hand tools used in hazardous, flammable-atmosphere industries across India oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, LPG/CNG, mining, and paints. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead to order, with end-to-end ownership of the tendering process, private industrial customers, and dealer management.

Roles and responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads, build relationships with purchase, technical, and HSE/safety decision-makers, present our product range, and convert enquiries into orders against assigned revenue and order-book targets.

- Manage B2B sales activities, including lead generation, business development, and tender preparation.

- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies to secure tenders through the GeM portal.

- Oversee bid management from proposal submission to contract award.

- Develop and manage the dealer/distributor network alongside direct private industrial accounts.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

- Work with Production, Quality, and Finance on dispatch planning, bank guarantees, and payment follow-up.

- Prepare and maintain quotations, tender trackers, pipeline, and periodic sales reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired candidate profile

- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / tender or bid management, preferably in industrial tools, hand tools, safety equipment, or allied engineering products.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech).

- Strong understanding of government sales principles and practices, including GeM.

- Proficiency with tender preparation / bid management tools.

- Robust negotiation, communication, and commercial acumen. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
